Amazon listing optimization

Amazon listing optimization that keeps the keywords and fixes the claims

Keyword-stuffed listings rank and then convert badly, or convert and then get flagged. We optimize the whole listing — title, bullets, A+ content, backend terms — while every sentence stays traceable to a product fact. The first listing is free.

What we change, field by field

FieldWhat optimization means here
Title Brand, product, key attribute, size or quantity, in that order, inside the character limit — with no claim the account cannot support.
Bullet points One idea per bullet, each opening with a benefit and closing with the fact that proves it. Materials and safety statements move to a wording you can evidence.
Description or A+ content The place for the detail the bullets cannot hold: dimensions, materials, what is in the box, care, and the comparison chart that answers the buyer’s real question.
Backend search terms Terms that add reach without creating a compliance risk, with competitor brand names and misspelled duplicates removed.
Images and alt text Claim text inside infographics rewritten to match the audited copy; alt attributes cleaned.
Variations Child names that state the real difference, so the parent listing and the variants agree.

The order we work in

  1. Facts first. Every attribute is confirmed before a word is written: materials, dimensions, weight, contents, care, origin, certification.
  2. Claims second. Anything that cannot be traced to a fact or a document is rewritten to the strongest version that can.
  3. Keywords third. Search terms are placed where they read naturally, not repeated until the sentence breaks.
  4. Structure last. Title order, bullet order, A+ modules — arranged around the questions a buyer asks in the first ten seconds.

Before and after

Before. “Ultra Durable: Strong, yet lightweight and comfortable to wear all-day” Three claims in one line, none with a test behind it — on a collar, where durability is a safety statement.
After. “Woven nylon webbing with a coated D-ring; tested to 300 lb static load (report on file).” Same reassurance, now specific. Specific copy also survives ad review.
Also common. “our best-seller” A comparative claim with no period, ranking or source. Replace with the actual number of units sold in a stated period, or drop it.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do keyword research?

Yes, but the listing is built from your product facts first. Keywords are placed into sentences that already stand on their own.

Will you keep my current keywords?

Every term that earns traffic is kept unless it creates a compliance risk. When a term has to go, we say so and offer the closest safe alternative.

Do you need Seller Central access?

No. Send the ASIN, or a flat file export if the work covers a catalogue.

How fast can a listing be optimized?

The free review is returned within one business day. A full single-ASIN optimization takes two to three business days.

Do you handle Amazon EU storefronts?

Yes, including the stricter environmental claim rules that apply in the EU from 27 September 2026.
