A badge a stranger can check
Once a human has read your product copy against your documents, you get a badge to put on the page. It carries your store name, the product that was checked, the date, and a code. Anyone — a customer, a marketplace reviewer, a competitor — can paste that code into the verification page and read the same record we hold.
What the badge states
That the copy of the referenced product was read line by line by a human against the documents you supplied, and that every factual claim is marked supported, needs evidence, or removed.
What it does not state
That your whole store is compliant, that a regulator approved your product, or that a listing can never be flagged. Those claims would be worth nothing, which is why they are not on it.
Why it cannot be faked
A badge is issued only against the token of an order our payment provider already settled. The code is minted once, stored on our side, and can be revoked if the copy changes materially.

The badge is free to use on pages whose copy we checked. Using it on a page that was not checked, or after the checked copy was replaced, is a breach of the terms — and it is exactly what the code makes visible.
Where the badge earns its place
- Product page footer — the sentence “this copy was fact-checked, verify it” answers the question a sceptical shopper is already asking.
- Store footer and About page — one link that leads a reviewer to evidence instead of a promise.
- Supplier and wholesale decks — a checkable code travels further than a logo.
- Your own replies — when a marketplace asks about a claim, send the code, not an argument.
